Landscape Lighting  

Modern West, Inc. guaranties and warrants any and all landscape lighting systems installed by Modern West, Inc. pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from installation of such landscape lighting systems.  As used in this subsection (d), the phrase “free from defects in material and workmanship” shall mean that such landscape lighting systems are capable of performing their intended functions.
